Certification Standard:

All conduits, bends, and fittings must be tested and certified in strict accordance with UL 651 (Standard for Schedule 40, 80, Type EB and A Rigid PVC Conduit and Fittings). All items must carry the official third-party certification stamp (UL or ETL).

Material Compliance:

Must be manufactured from 100% virgin PVC compound.

Must feature UV / sunlight resistance for prolonged outdoor tropical exposure.

Must feature a minimum UL 94 V-0 flame-retardant rating (self-extinguishing).

Dimensions & Lengths:

All trade sizes must adhere strictly to North American Schedule 40 wall thickness and diameter specifications (measured in inches). Metric equivalents are unacceptable.

Straight conduit lengths must be provided in standard 10-foot lengths (3.05 meters) with an integral belled end on one side.

Nesting Requirement for Shipping:

To optimize ocean container space and reduce freight costs, the factory MUST nest the pipes during packing (e.g., sliding smaller-diameter conduits inside larger-diameter conduits). Please factor this nesting into your packaging calculation.
